Scope and operator

This policy describes how Jia Eric Studios handles information through the Real Life Saga mobile application and the supporting JESP platform services at thereallifesaga.com. Real Life Atlas creator accounts are used only to approve an installation; the mobile application does not create a player account or profile.

Information handled

• Installation enrollment: short-lived enrollment status, a randomly generated installation credential, the approved experience identity, and credential lifecycle dates. Secret codes and credentials are stored by JESP only as keyed or one-way hashes after issuance.
• Experience activity: release and session identifiers, random idempotency values, selected interaction identifiers, activation results, and timestamps needed to deliver the experience, prevent duplicate actions, and derive session progress.
• Technical and security records: ordinary network metadata such as IP address, request time, requested route, response status, and user agent when supplied. Hosting infrastructure may retain these records to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Information stored on the device: the enrolled credential in platform-protected secure storage and authenticated experience content in application storage. Platform-specific backup controls protect enrolled credentials from unsupported restoration.

Real Life Saga does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising identifiers, financial information, or health information. The pilot does not include advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

How information is used

Information is used to approve and secure an installation, authenticate signed content delivery, start and protect release-pinned sessions, process interactions, show session progress, prevent replay or abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service integrity. Jia Eric Studios does not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by infrastructure and distribution providers acting for Jia Eric Studios, including hosting and deployment providers, transactional-email providers used by Real Life Atlas, and the application stores used for a mobile release. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. It is not shared with data brokers or advertising networks.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

Enrollment codes expire within ten minutes. Issued installation credentials expire within ninety days and can be revoked by the approving Real Life Atlas creator. Clearing application data or uninstalling Real Life Saga removes its local credential and cached content.

JESP retains enrollment state, release-pinned session records, and interaction receipts during the bounded pilot to preserve security, replay protection, and immutable experience history. A person may request access to or deletion of information reasonably associated with them by contacting Jia Eric Studios. Some security, integrity, or legally required records may be retained or de-identified when deletion is not technically or legally appropriate. The mobile pilot itself creates no player account.

Security

Real Life Saga uses encrypted network transport, platform-protected credential storage, hash-only server credential storage, signed content, integrity verification, bounded credentials, and explicit revocation. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The pilot is not directed to children under 13, and Jia Eric Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the mobile application. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when Real Life Saga changes how it handles information. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate application or service notice.
